This natural aperitif, made according to ancient
country tradition, is the continuation of a Gascony recipe which dates
back to the 16th century. The Chiroulet estate has for the last two decades had a solid reputation as producers of great Flocs de Gascogne. At each harvest, during an unchanging ritual, we celebrate the meeting of the most expressive fruited juices and the finest eaux de vie from the last distillations. We think of this festive product at each moment and
of the instantaneous pleasure it is going to trigger off during an aperitif,
by delivering the quintessence of the fruity and floral notes in a velour
of alcohol. This is one of the rare appellations in France, along with Champagne, where the labelling is carried out on a product which has already been bottled, a guarantee of authenticity for the real enthusiasts of regional products. |
